The Mayor tried to Schedule a meeting, but Barry's faction blocked it.

On July 2nd, Barry Graham and his council faction blocked the resident's petition to hold a hearing to schedule the Axon election. Not delayed it. Not rescheduled it. Blocked it entirely.
